The Educator’s inaugural Mental Health for Schools Masterclass will be coming to Sydney in 2019 to provide principals and teachers with the latest insights into how to tackle mental health issues in their schools.
Featuring a stellar line-up of speakers including Australian Education Awards Principal of the Year Diane Robertson from Clarke Road School; Best Student Wellbeing Award winner Shane Kamsner, Head of Student Development at Carey Baptist Grammar School; Awards finalist Henry Grossek of Berwick Lodge Primary School; and a host of other leading education professionals such as Lisa Kirkland, Principal at Harrington Public School and Philip Riley, Associate Professor of Educational Leadership at Australian Catholic University, speakers will explore ways to improve mental health outcomes for principals, teachers and students.
Other topics to be discussed include how to create and implement a mental health strategy and developing a framework to combat bullying.
