Justin Raymond is lauded for his ‘clear vision for quality, personalised 21st Century Learning’ in his position as dean of curriculum innovation (K-12) at Pymble Ladies’ College. Raymond is said to pursue a learning agenda that reaches into all facets of student learning, from academic excellence, sporting and creative endeavours, and community service, to other softer qualities like leadership skills and holistic student wellbeing during an age of change. With a background as a SharePoint developer and software design educator, as well as being director of innovative technologies at Pymble Ladies’ College before moving into his current role, Raymond is said to also have that quality that is so important to ensuring the success of any IT project or vision: he has the ability to engage colleagues to work together to deliver it.
