Over the past two years, Roberts has demonstrated leadership qualities and an educational innovators mindset way above her age and three-years’ teaching experience.
Roberts connects and supports teachers not only in her own school but across numerous other Lutheran Schools. Just recently, she took part in the California Learning Tour where she helped develop a deep collaborative culture amongst more experienced peers from other schools. Roberts’ leadership in contemporary learning transformation across the whole Year-Six cohort has been recognised in showcase events and educational stories.
