Strauch is specifically passionate about supporting students with Autism spectrum disorder and developing programs and strategies aimed at increasing the learning, social and emotional outcomes of her students. She has earned a reputation as a teacher who is hard-working, knowledgeable and fearless. She often spends her own time calling parents not only to communicate concerns, but also to celebrate students’ achievements. She is skilled in resolving conflicts and handling stressful situations, and she’s always open to assisting others with planning and technology.
