A primary school teacher from the Southern Highlands in NSW will face Moss Vale local court early next year, charged with 13 counts of aggravated indecent assault which took place between 2014 and 2015.
Police were made aware of allegations against a 57-year-old teacher at a primary school in the Southern Highlands at the beginning of November.
After making inquiries into the allegations, detectives from the Child Abuse Squad arrested the man last Wednesday, charging him with 13 counts of aggravated indecent assault.
In court, police will allege that the man assaulted seven different girls, all of whom were students at the school.
The man is not performing any teaching duties while awaiting his court appearance.
