Nominations have opened this week for the 2018 Australian Education Awards, a new awards evening that will celebrate excellence in the K-12 education space.
22 award categories have been designed to recognise the leading schools, principals, department heads and teachers of the year at the black-tie event in Sydney on Friday 17 August.
The categories open to entry are:
