Paul Bennett, Assistant to the Principal, Administration/IT, has been a member of the Brigidine community for nine years. He has been instrumental in building a modern information technology structure at the College. Paul implemented the school's 1:1 laptop program and introduced the school's Learning Management System, SEQTA. He is particularly interested in developing digital workflows to allow the school's administration to run smoother. During his time at the College, he has also implemented a Microsoft flow system to improve the application and communication of information about staff professional developments. Paul is currently a member of the Queensland Catholic Education Council’s (QCEC) National Online Assessment Task (NOAT) force that gives advice to the Australian Curriculum, Assessment and Reporting Authority (ACARA) to aid the implementation of NAPLAN online. He is currently completing his EdD at the Queensland University of Technology; his special interest is using makerspaces in an IT classroom to promote constructionism learning. He is a practicing catholic and firmly believes in the social justice environment that is promoted at Brigidine College.
