Graeme Green is an extremely experienced and dynamic leader both in the educational and private industry areas.
He has successfully led both mainstream and special needs schools.
At Lomandra SSP he changed the whole traditional concept of special needs teaching by introducing the Lomandra Quality Teaching and Learning model. This revolutionised teaching and learning across this sector.
Under his leadership, Ingleburn Public School has undertaken a dramatic educational transformation to bring about a cultural change that ensures all learners are best equipped for life now and in the future.
He has embedded Universal Design for Learning Principles that empower teachers and students to be global citizens who inspire change.
Graeme is currently working with Associate Professor Eva Kimonis of UNSW and together they have established the world’s first school-based parent-child interaction therapy clinic that supports young children with disruptive disorders, their parents and teachers.
Graeme also served on special education management committees including state and national bodies and has presented at various local, state and national conferences in both mainstream and special education settings.
In 2017, Graeme was recognised by The Educator Australian Magazine as one of the top 50 Innovative Educational Leaders nationally.
