Education’s rising stars of 2017 revealed

The Educator has revealed the top 30 up-and-coming leaders in the education sector in its second annual Rising Stars report.

The report – featured in the 3.2 issue of The Educator magazine – profiles leaders across the K-12 education spectrum, from a principal initiating and leading an early-career network for school leaders to a psychologist taking a proactive approach to improving student well-being.

The Rising Stars report, sponsored by Educator Impact, recognises leaders for their outstanding achievements in their careers to date and in particular over the past year.

Tim Garratt, Editor of The Educator magazine explained: “Rising Stars have been nominated by their colleagues for their expertise, strength of character, willingness to innovate, passion and vision. In addition to those attributes, each of the educators profiled shares an ability to lead.”
